Operating centre H24 with satellite alarm system

Real-time alarm control and management 24 hours 365 days a year thanks to the collaboration with the UNI certified operations centre 10891-2000, UNI 11068-2005 e ISO 9001-2008.

The alarms include the opening of doors/tailgates, semi-trailer detachment, the driver’s recognition with integrated anti-theft function, the siren with the alarm sending in case of a siren opening inserted, the anti-sollection sensor, the starting block and the engine stop.

Flottaweb cooperates with ServIm which is the Satellite Division of the CDO Group and offers satellite surveillance and integrated logistics services in the field of freight transport.

The operators of the plant, after having received and verified the alarm, inform both the owner of the vehicle and the police to coordinate the intervention.

 Anti-theft security systems

Flottaweb, thanks to its platform, offers anti-theft systems and satellite localization always combined with logistics management to improve business efficiency.

Flottaweb’s attention to safety is reflected in its participation in specific associations for transport safety, both national and international.

Servim is associated with TAPA

TAPA is the International Association for the Protection of Goods Intended for Transport, which has prepared the Safety Requirements, recognized worldwide, as industrial standards to be followed for the security of warehouses and logistics centres and for the security of goods transport:

  • FSR (Facility Security Requirements, requirements for the safety of installations);
  • TSR (Trucking Security Requirements, safety requirements for transport by truck);
  • TACSS (Tapa Air Cargo Security Standards, security requirements for logistics in airport areas);
  • PSR (Parking Security Requirements, security requirements for the parking of vehicles and goods currently being developed).

Flottaweb uses high-tech systems

Flottaweb makes use of high-tech systems and collaborations of partners recognized by A.N.S.SA.T. – Category association on satellite security.

Collaboration with operations center with Scala Vanini up to the sixth level of security

In the world of satellite alarms, in the field of high-value goods transport, the Scala Vanini is the instrument for measuring the level of transport safety.

Scala Vanini subdivides the transports in 6 bands in function of the total value of the transported goods and assigns to every band a dedicated procedure, the technology to use and the controls to which they are called to comply all the subjects involved in the same transport.

To this end, Flottaweb, collaborating with the Scala Vanini accredited operational unit, can activate the service up to level 6 of security on request.

All features

The safety requirements in the transport of goods are many, they differ according to the type of vehicle, the value of the goods transported, the needs of the client. For these reasons, Flottaweb offers an extensive range of devices, accessories and anti-theft monitoring services dedicated to vehicles, from the simplest to the most complex to comply with international directives and those that are a reference in the national context.

Based on a continuous research and development activity, today Flottaweb is also able to offer, in a single platform, a full range of services for monitoring its fleet through the Operations Centre.
